Accountable for all aspects of Product Management, Delivery and Support. Leading various software development teams using agile methodologies across front end, back end, development operations and infrastructure.

I work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to ensure they are up to skill with our product, providing necessary support where required including direct customer engagement during sales processes to talk about and demonstrate our product.

Primary custodian and manager of the product roadmap, including leading discovery, documentation and allocation of tasks to be developed as part of our roadmap. Working together with all stakeholders to capture input from various channels and compile into our roadmap.
